This chart shows the accumulation of different materials at the occidental waste land of Mexico City, during the last fifteen years. The increase of garbage in a specific area tends to worsen serious pollution issues such as water contamination, production of toxic gases, and damage to the soil. On the right side of the chart, a list of solutions (reduction, regulation, recycling, reuse) is suggested for each kind of waste.
