This questionnaire evaluates, on the left side, each course withing the Visual Communication curriculum, in a list organized by kinds of classes (foundation courses, digital media, core courses, etc); the results are easily accessed visually, and when the formulary is completed on transparent film, it can be overlapped with others to reveal general preferences. On the second part of the formulary, answered by filling spaces, the evaluation reviews the level of satisfaction with aspects related to the college's infrastructure, instructors, and classmates.
